Corrections & right of reply

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If any statement on this site is inaccurate, tell us with evidence and we will fix it — openly and on the record.

Right of reply

Clinics are heard before they’re scored

Before a complaint is scored against a clinic, that clinic is given the opportunity to respond. A clinic can also appeal a score or a fact at any time with documentary evidence, and we re-score against the same published rubric. Placement is never for sale, so a correction can only change what the evidence shows — not who ranks where in exchange for anything.

The process

How a correction is handled

1

Tell us what’s wrong

Email the page URL, the specific statement, and the evidence you’d like us to consider — an authorisation number, published guarantee terms, a platform ruling, or a primary source.

2

We re-check the primary source

We compare the claim against the original evidence, not against our earlier write-up. If we got it wrong, we fix it.

3

We re-score if needed

If the correction affects a scored fact, we re-run it through the same fixed rubric — no special treatment for any clinic.

4

We log the change

Material corrections are recorded with a date, so the record of what changed is public.

Get in touch

Report an error

Send the page URL, the statement in question and your evidence via our contact page. We aim to acknowledge correction requests promptly and to resolve factual errors as quickly as the evidence allows.

Our standards for producing and reviewing content, and our independence rules, are set out in the editorial policy. How clinics qualify for a rank is explained under eligibility.

Correction log

On the record

Material corrections are recorded here with the date they were made. No corrections have been logged since this policy took effect (June 2026). As the register grows, dated entries will appear in this section rather than being applied silently.
